Return Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Custom order products are not returnable unless Precision Carving has made an error. Other items are returnable in the event of defective workmanship.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Precision Carving must be notified of any defective workmanship within 14 days of receipt of purchase. If an item needs to be returned to Precision Carving, it must be received by Precision Carving within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

HOW do customers return items?
Any item being returned to Precision Carving must have a return merchandise authorization number provided by Precision Carving. No returns will be accepted unless they have a return merchandise authorization number. Any item returned for defective workmanship should be returned in person, by US Postal service or common carrier.
SHIPPING for returns?
Normally the customer is responsible for any shipping charges. Precision Carving may pay for shipping on select returns if approved in advance.
CREDIT for returns?
Precision Carving will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace or issue a merchandise credit equal to the original purchase price.
Packing materials?
Any item authorized for return must be returned to Precision Carving undamaged and in its original packaging.
